How to change password on your Steam account

To change the password on your Steam account, open the Steam client and:

1. Select “Steam” in the top left corner;
2. Go to “Settings”;
3. Open the “Security” tab and click “Change password”;
4. Proceed with the “email an account verification code” option;
5. On the associated mailbox, find the email sent from Steam Support (check spam folder), and copy the code into the Steam client;
6. Provide a new password.
