How to enable 2FA on your Playstation account

To change the password on your Playstation account, use the following steps:

1. Log in to your PlayStation account;
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account settings” from the dropdown menu;
3. Click on the “Security” icon from the list on the left;
4. You will be informed about redirection to another page. Click “Continue”;
5. Locate the “2-Step Verification” section and click “Edit”;
6. Select how you would like to receive the verification code: Text message or Authenticator App;
   1. If you select Text message, provide your phone number and confirm it with the code you receive via text message;
   2. If you select the Authenticator App, you will be provided with a QR code to scan with the app of your choice.
