How to change email address on your Playstation account

To change the email address associated with your Playstation account, use the following steps:

1. Log in to your PlayStation account;
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account settings” from the dropdown menu;
3. Click on the “Security” icon from the list on the left;
4. You will be informed about redirection to another page. Click “Continue”;
5. Locate the “Sign-In ID (Email Address)” field on the top and click the “Edit” button;
6. In the pop-up window, remove the current email address from the field and enter a new one;
7. Click the “Save” button;
8. Open your mailbox. An email from Playstation support will be sent there. If you don’t receive an email, make sure to check your spam folder;
9. Click on the “Verify now” button in the confirmation email.
