Activate and Personalise Your Account in 6 Easy Steps

Your Keycense order confirmation email includes two sets of credentials:

• Email account credentials: Used to access the email inbox associated with your subscription and complete the initial verification.
• Platform account credentials: Used to access the service and enjoy your active subscription.

Follow these instructions to complete your account setup:

1. Access your accounts: Sign in to both the subscription platform and the email account using the credentials provided in your Keycense email. You can identify the email provider (such as Gmail or Outlook) by checking the domain of the email address.
2. Complete the initial email verification: Once logged in to the platform, look for an email verification notification. If it doesn’t appear automatically, navigate to the account Settings section and request a verification email. Open the provided email inbox, locate the confirmation message and click the verification link.
3. Update your email address: After completing the initial verification, open the platform’s account Settings and replace the existing email address with your preferred personal email address.
4. Confirm your personal email: Check your personal inbox for a new verification message. Click the confirmation link to finalise the email address change and associate the account with your personal email.
5. Set a secure password: Navigate to Settings > Change Password. Enter the temporary password supplied with your order, then create and confirm a new password of your choice.
