How to activate an Autodesk License

Your license will be activated directly to the email address you used for your purchase or to log in to Keycense.com. Within 12 to 24 hours, you will receive an official email from Autodesk with instructions on how to access and use your license. If you wish to activate or move the license to a different email, please let us know.

Note: During weekends, response times may be slightly longer, but will not exceed 48 hours.
If the email address you provided is incorrect, or you wish to transfer the license to a different
address, please contact us at [email protected], providing both the current and the new email address. We’ll update the information as quickly as possible.

What to Do When You Receive the Email from Autodesk
If you don’t have an Autodesk account:
1. You will receive an official email from Autodesk with a link to create a new account.
2. Click the link and complete the registration process.
3. Once registered, you will be redirected to your Autodesk product page.
4. There, you’ll find your purchased software available for download.
5. Download and install the software.
6. On first launch, select “Sign in with account” and use the credentials you just created.

If you already have an Autodesk account:
1. If the license has been activated to an email already registered with Autodesk, log in at
Autodesk Account Management.
2. You will find your purchased software in the Products and Services section with a
download button.
3. Download and install the software.
4. On launch, choose “Sign in with account” and enter your existing credentials.
