Buy Sunfire and Moonshadow DLC and expand your journey through the Riven Realms
Buy Vagrus - The Riven Realms - Sunfire and Moonshadow DLC Steam Key GLOBAL for PC and discover the first major expansion for Lost Pilgrims Studio’s strategic RPG. The content introduces a vast new region, new factions, settlements, characters, enemies, and extensive narrative quests. Set in the Bronze Desert, the expansion places your vagrus at the center of a conflict capable of changing the future of the region. Vagrus - The Riven Realms on Steam is required to play.
Explore the Bronze Desert and discover a new region of Xeryn
The Bronze Desert occupies the northwestern part of the continent of Xeryn, between the Brown Mountains and the River Lethe. It is an arid land older than the Calamity, isolated by hostile environmental conditions and torn apart by a war involving powers with very different interests.
The new region significantly expands the explorable world of the base game with settlements, routes, trading opportunities, and new dangers. Reaching it is already a challenge, as geography and winds prevent you from treating the journey like an ordinary expedition. Once inside the Bronze Desert, you must learn to manage new routes and situations while continuing to balance resources, survival, and narrative decisions.
Ahari, Chimera Legion, and Handjari fight for the future of the region
The narrative core of the expansion revolves around three new factions. The Ahari originate from the Bandul and fight against Imperial oppression to reclaim sacred oases and religious sites. The Chimera Legion, on the other hand, represents an elite force of the Empire and controls this important strategic area while the great legions are deployed to the north.
The Handjari are allies of the Empire and administer Kabur, the most important city in the Bronze Desert. The player gradually becomes involved in the conflict and must decide whom to support. Backing one side can alter relationships with the others, influencing missions, opportunities, and narrative consequences. As in the base game, faction relationships therefore become an essential part of your strategy.
Visit Kabur and meet new characters with their own goals and alliances
Kabur, known as the Jewel of the North, is one of the main centers of the new region. The city and other settlements introduced in the DLC expand exploration opportunities and provide new points of reference during journeys across the desert.
The expansion also adds a large group of NPCs with different backgrounds, motivations, and ties to specific factions or ideals. Their stories help develop the central conflict and can lead you toward missions, decisions, and unique rewards. This focus on characters maintains the strongly narrative approach of Vagrus, where conversations and choices can be just as important as preparing your company or succeeding in combat.
New quests and decisions make every alliance important
Sunfire and Moonshadow introduces extensive questlines and a dedicated narrative arc focused on the events of the Bronze Desert. This is therefore more than just a new area to cross: the region has its own conflict in which the vagrus must take a position and directly contribute to political and military developments.
Your decisions can determine which groups you support and which future you help create. The system integrates with the base game structure, where reputation and faction relationships influence opportunities and rewards. According to the developers, the amount of content in the expansion is approximately one third the size of the main game, making it a substantial addition for players who want to continue their journey across Xeryn.
Face new enemies and prepare your company for unknown threats
Traveling through the Bronze Desert means confronting new enemies, both humanoid and monstrous. Company management therefore remains central: choosing the right companions, maintaining sufficient resources, and preparing for combat can determine the success of an expedition.
The new threats integrate into Vagrus’ strategic turn-based combat system, while exploration retains the resource management, trading, and survival elements that define the original experience. New equipment, items, and rewards linked to quests and factions provide additional tools for developing your company and adapting it to the challenges of the region.
All the main content included in Sunfire and Moonshadow
The expansion adds a significant amount of narrative and strategic content:

- The Bronze Desert
- New settlements and locations to visit
- Extensive questlines
- A new main narrative arc
- Three major new factions
- Ahari
- Chimera Legion
- Handjari
- New humanoid and monstrous enemies
- Numerous new NPCs
- New equipment and items
- Quest and faction-specific rewards
- Decisions capable of influencing the future of the region

Sunfire and Moonshadow is a single-player expansion and requires Vagrus - The Riven Realms to function.
An ideal expansion for players who want to explore the world of Vagrus more deeply
The DLC is especially suitable for players who enjoy the most distinctive aspects of the original game: difficult exploration, resource management, rival factions, and narrative consequences. The Bronze Desert introduces a new area with its own political and cultural identity while preserving the strategic and narrative RPG structure of the base game.
The result is an expansion that increases both the amount of territory available and the ways you can interpret your vagrus. You can focus on the interests of your company, relationships with the new factions, or the stories and characters encountered along the way, while dealing with the consequences of your decisions.
