Buy Civilization VII Hall of History Collection Steam Key and expand your empire
Buy Sid Meier's Civilization VII: Hall of History Collection DLC Steam Key Europe and expand Firaxis' 4X strategy game with two new leaders, Elizabeth I and George Washington, and three civilizations: Babylon, the Gauls, and England. Requires Sid Meier's Civilization VII on Steam and does not include the base game.
Hall of History Collection expands the strategic possibilities of Civilization VII
Developed by Firaxis Games and published by 2K, the Hall of History Collection has been available on Steam since September 15, 2026.
The pack introduces five major additions to the Civilization VII roster: two playable leaders and three civilizations belonging to different Ages.
Each new element features specific characteristics, abilities, and bonuses that allow you to experiment with different economic, cultural, diplomatic, and expansion-focused strategies.
The Collection does not change the fundamental structure of the base game, but significantly expands the combinations available during a campaign. You can use the new leaders with different compatible civilizations and build your own historical path across the Ages.
Elizabeth I focuses on trade, culture, and overseas expansion
Elizabeth I arrives as a leader with Cultural and Economic attributes.
Her unique ability, Royal Monopoly, removes the distance limit for Trade Routes and rewards founding settlements on continents different from that of the Capital.
Her naval units, embarked Settlers, and embarked Merchants also receive increased movement, while Merchants and Settlers can be trained at a reduced cost.
These characteristics make Elizabeth I particularly suitable for a strategy focused on international trade, colonization, and presence across multiple continents.
The leader therefore introduces new possibilities for players who prefer building an economic empire capable of exploiting trade routes and distant settlements.
George Washington combines diplomacy and expansion
George Washington has Diplomatic and Expansionist attributes.
His Constitutional Convention ability allows you to receive a Migrant in the Capital when a Celebration begins and rewards the use of Policies within the Government.
Cities can gain additional Happiness and Towns can receive more Food depending on the Policies slotted, while Washington starts with additional government options.
Policies connected to the leader include Continental Ambition, focused on Settler production, and Bill of Rights, which improves Culture and Production from the Palace.
Washington therefore offers an approach based on settlement growth, internal stability, and gradual territorial expansion.
Babylon returns in the Antiquity Age
Babylon is an Apex civilization of the Antiquity Age with Cultural and Expansionist attributes.
Its City at the Center of the World ability grants an additional Growth Event whenever you construct a Food building, Cultural building, or Wonder within a city, balanced by a lower Settlement Limit at the beginning of each Age.
The civilization also includes:
-
Tamkaru as its unique civilian unit
-
Qasti as its unique ranged military unit
-
Hanging Gardens as its associated Wonder
-
Bonuses focused on urban growth and Culture
Babylon is therefore designed for players who want to develop particularly powerful cities and use the construction of buildings and Wonders as a driver for growth.
The Gauls reward distributed settlements and frontier zones
The Gauls are an Apex civilization of the Antiquity Age with Economic and Expansionist attributes.
Favor of Cernunnos rewards building settlements at a distance from one another and increases the economic value of cities located near the borders of other civilizations.
Towns can also purchase fortification buildings regardless of the selected Town Focus.
The pack introduces for the Gauls:
-
Druid as the unique civilian unit
-
Gaisatai as the unique infantry unit
-
Vix as the associated Wonder
-
Production bonuses in distributed settlements
-
Economic bonuses in frontier areas
The civilization therefore encourages an aggressive territorial strategy where geographical position and settlement distribution become especially important.
England dominates trade and Culture in the Exploration Age
England is an Apex civilization of the Exploration Age with Economic and Cultural attributes.
Its Magna Carta ability creates synergy between Gold and Culture buildings, increasing both resources in relation to one another.
The bonuses become more effective in island settlements and Distant Lands, growing even stronger in later Ages.
The civilization includes:
-
Merchant Adventurer as its unique civilian unit
-
Longbow as its unique ranged military unit
-
Globe Theatre as its associated Wonder
-
Bonuses to Gold and Culture
-
Advantages for island settlements and distant territories
England is therefore well suited to campaigns built around trade, maritime expansion, and cultural growth.
