During their escape from the island, Leon and Ada fight Saddler, who transforms into a mutant monster. Once defeated, Ada takes a vial of Plagas and escapes by helicopter, while Leon and Ashley flee the island on a jet ski.

Epilogue and New Threats

In a post-credits scene, Ada contacts Albert Wesker, who sent her on the mission, asking what the vial is for. Wesker promises that it will herald a new dawn for humanity, at the cost of billions of lives. Disgusted, Ada decides to defect and redirects the helicopter elsewhere.
